"Choose a job you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life”, Jennifer Moss says as she reflects on her role at Bailey Risk Management. “I love helping our clients navigate technology or get questions answered quickly.”
As Bailey Risk Management's Technology Director, Jennifer works closely with insurance companies, payroll vendors, Information Technology professionals, and the Internal Revenue Service to manage the agency’s technology services, including Inrollit – Bailey Risk Management’s exclusive Human Resource Information System.
“We live in a fast-paced world”, Jennifer says, “and waiting until tomorrow isn’t good enough. I make sure our clients have access to the information they need 24/7.”
Jennifer’s success is a result of both education and experience. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Middle Grades Education – with an emphasis on math and social studies – from Kennesaw State University in 2007. Her training as an educator helps her coach clients through the onboarding process and better communicate benefit and compliance strategies.
For the past twelve years, Jennifer has been a licensed insurance agent, giving her a unique understanding of employee benefits so she can streamline processes, build training modules, and manage ACA reporting for our clients.
When not at work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband Sam and daughter Claire; she likes to read or play problem-solving games and puzzles. Volunteering at MUST Ministries and similar organizations is one way Jennifer gives back to her community.
