Welcome. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the website operated by Bailey Risk Management, Inc. ("Bailey Risk Management", "Bailey Risk Management Insurance", or "BRM") including without limitation www.rickbaieycompany.com (referred to as the “Site”). Any reference to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this Policy refers to Bailey Risk Management.

 

This Policy has been created to inform you of our commitment to privacy. It describes how we collect, protect and use the information we receive from visitors to the Site. This Policy applies only to information collected through the Site, including emails you send us, and not to information collected offline or through the use of any services not provided through the Site. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

 

Bailey Risk Management may collect information from you at two different stages. First, we collect anonymous, aggregate information automatically from all visitors to the Site.
